Default 2.2 DTI inlet manifold removal

Morning all, just wondered if there was a how 2 for the inlet manifold removal on 2.2 dti sri.
I have de-gunked my egr and throttle body and i would like to do the inlet, however the thought of removing the injector lines scares me.
Could someone give me some advice on this please, i am trying to eliminate a m.p.g issue using a little to much derv.
I have had a full service - all filters oil etc i have yet to replace the glow plugs though.
The car has had a new thermostat and housing.
I have no e.m.l light or spanner light, i have checked for leaks but nothing found.
So where should i be looking now, other than cleaning the usual suspects im stuck.

    Thanks all.

Hi m8. How is your car starting, does it cough and splutter at times, as ive got a 2.0 dti and just had the injector seals replaced as well as the inlet manifold cleaned by a garage. My veccy was doing 43 MPG then it dropped to 37 MPG. Since ive had these jobs done MPG is going back up again, i'm not sure whats cured the bad MPG as i got both jobs done.

Have you done the basic checks before assuming the engine is at fault?
ie: tyre pressures should be about 36 psi all round, check binding brakes jack each wheel up and check rotation and listen for binding.
    Is handbrake binding?

If all ok fuel filter could be blocked. What fuel you using? Try some desent stuff like shell or BP.

Sorry should have said, yes all basic checks were carried out, it will not be the fuel filter, as i said in the 1st post its now had a full service & all filters were replaced.
The car starts pretty easy, with in about 1 or 2 seconds.
