    Default do i legally have to inform insurer about none fault accidents?

    i have had 3 none fault accidents this year i have done two quotes on moneysupermarket.com 1 quote telling them about the 3 crashes and 1 not telling them the cheapest for telling them was 900+ and for not telling them was 740+ personnaly i dont think this is fair

    ye but i dont want pay an extra £200 for something that wasnt my fault

    I never even thought of that. Because I am young I don't do anything though the insurance because it will go sky high. When someone reversed into me we settled with cash, and I never even though whether I should tell them!

    I think the op means claims from the insurance that were not his fault, not ones that didn't go through insurance

    It depends on if the non-fault claims appear on your current or previous renewal notices

    All of mine have been non-fault claims, at the end of the day that is an increased risk
    My car was hit while parked, try and argue that one!
    However, had it not been parked on the "public highway" then it would not have been

    Exactly thats the problem, your shafted if it is your fault (fair enough) and your shafted if you didn't manage to get out of someones way

    is say tell them they will know anyways it wil be on record and it may be £200 but it could cost u your ins if u have to claim

    easy answer is ring your insurer and ask if they need to know, I would declare.
