Speeding

Well just got another three points through the door from the lovely Cumbria Constabulary, doing 87 on the motorway. Not got anyone to blame I guess but I can start to rant again about the so-called 'safety' (cough cough money making) cameras. Ah well, 21 years old, 6 points and driving a 2.2 Vec, and the insurance renewal is at the end of the month

poo happens buddy, we know they are there yet we still do it - think wed learn eh? bet there was bu99er all on the road too! those "safety" cameras really catching the drivers that are cutting folk up, braking too late and tail gaiting. doing a fine job are'nt they?

Your insurance must be expensive anyway due to your age...

On the A74, before the M6 but still in Cumbria so it was somewhere between the border and Carlisle. Insurance last yr was about £900 and that was with 3 points and was the first time I'd had my own policy. Since I've now had my licence 4yrs its meant to drop but I think I've just canceled that out! And to think I was on the way to England that day for a job interview I didn't even f****n get!! Grrrrr

It really does suck mate but you were speeding in all fairness.

I really think there shouldn't be cameras on motorways unless they are at roadworks and people are working at them.

Its a notorious part of the roads network round there m8ty a load of lads at work have picked points up round there

P.S bad luck on the job as well !!!
