    Default locking wheel nut

hi guys, just come to remove the rear wheels to sort out the brakes and i've broken the lock nut for my locking wheel nuts, the nuts are on so ****** tight it's unreal, anyway, how much at the stealers for a new one and any idea how long it takes to get the replacement, thankfully i've got the key code number.......cheers

Remove the locking nut first, you may be able to tighten the others a small amount to help take the pressure off the locking nut.

Its all down to idiots with air ratchets

I nearly had to get one but baulked at the £25 plus vat. To be fair to the dealer they had the key that I needed in stock.

KF managed to get the old lock nut off and I put on a replacement set AT THE RIGHT TORQUE.

It's the same for the locking wheel bolts as it is for the normal bolts.

Buy a new set of lock nuts before as they will have to destroy the old ones to get them off.
