Urgent help needed re. glow plug relay

Morning all,

As you may be aware my Vec is currently for sale. A day before someone is due to view the car the EML light comes on. The fault code comes back as being the glow plug relay. Having changed this the code clears for 24hrs, before reapearing.

Voltages across all gloe plugs etc are correct, and my mechanic has checked all circuits.

Anyone any Ideas?

There are no faults in the way the vehicle drives. If it wasnt for the light you wouldnt know there was an issue

It's probably not a lot of help, but if you've changed the relay and it clears then comes back again, it would suggest that some other problem is nackering the relay... which means it's not necessarily the relay that was broken to start with....
I may be stating the obvious here, but I HTH

That was my thinking, but im out of ideas as to what else it could be. Spoke to VX today who were no help.
