I want to know if I should go for eibach or pi springs for my 2.0t Sri but rather than know how much they lower the car by I wand to know what gap they both leave front and rear. Also the apex 35mm springs.

pi's 40/45mm kit you can just slide your fingers/hand between the tyre and arch if go in at a right angle to the car...
Just got PI 30mm drop so will post pics up after there fitted tomorrow but most go for the 40/45 sadly i cant as i live on hill with steep roads and dodgy road workers

considering eibach myself, will lower your car 15mm than it is now, (30mm from standard)
My car really doesn't seem any lower than a standard vectra I have a gap of about 60mm it looks almost like it's jacked up
Eibach all the way mate
I've got Bilstein B6 shocks and Eibach (30mm) springs with 19" snowflakes.
Unfortunately they are not for sale mate you'll find some though
PI's if you actually want to lower your car, easy choice IMO.
