Washed, Clayed and Waxed

I took friday off to give the car a proper going over as I was going away for the weekend.

So with a 7:30 am start (still frost on the car) I washed using Zymol shampoo, clayed using Megs clay and quick detailer, waxed with Zymol Cleaner wax and then finished off with a coat of Collinite and this was the result

Due to the time taken I only got time to take a quick pic on my Iphone when I finished because I had to nip out.

I did mange to get some more pics later but they're on my camera so will upload when I get home from work.

Really pleased with results though

the trouble with doing a clean like that for a trip is how quick they get filthy. Looks great and I always like the 3.2 growl.

nice.. quick question though

... what is 'claying' and what is the purpose, do you do it on just metal parts or plastic as well? Have never heard of it before, as i just use simple stuff me...
