Like a door creaking at the rear

Not overly concerned with this, but when i brake it sounds like almost an old door closing. Its not the grinding noise i had when all my brakes needed doing (was done July 2009) but only appears when i brake.

What else could it be as surely to god the brakes aren't knackered again. Appear to have plenty of pad left also.

you tried just pulling your rear doors in a tweak see if it goes

i have this creak when going over speed bumps but mines coming from the front which i believe is the front anti roll bar bushes that have dried out yet another job to do ho hum lol

Park it in gear with handbrake off, and check your inside rear pads. one of mine sits loose and taps and creaks under breaking...

I also get creaking of the rear when push down on the boot lid however, but thats the bushes...

Mine creaks when i lower her down after working on her...and when i take handbrake off.....hmmm
