    Default AFL

    Finally got them, after months of searching..



    Now comes the interesting part with the installation and I need your help. Could someone explain what do I need to make them working as a factory fitted AFL (modules, connections and etc.). All kind of info, schemes, explanations are wellcome

    This is one of those jobs you are gonna wish you never started, as I recall you are goning to need a front wiring loom, control module, a steering angle sensor on the steering rack and wiring loom, a rear axle wiring loom and a rear axle level sensor and a few hours of Tech 2 at the very least.

    It sounds interesting

    I think there is already a steering angle sensor. As I know all the cars with ESP have it. Or that's a different sensor?
    I know about the wiring looms and level sensors, and what about the control module? What's this module, where is it situated?

    standard xenons its on the side of the n/s/f headlamp but the brain for adaptive might be bigger so????????

    Do you have Xenon all ready? if yes.. then it should be "easy" some of the german forums theres some changes from Xenon to "xenon AFL"

    Or you can make a mod and leave the AFL bulbs always ON. I don't think they'll bother someone coming from the front. Sometimes I think it would be better this way, at least for the person that sits behind the wheel.
