Default Could my nightmare nearly be over.

Hi people, just an update on some of the threads i have put up regarding my on going problems i have been having with my 2.0t.
Well i got a phone call from the garage i brought the car from yesterday to let me know that it has been returned from Vauxhall with another brand new ecu fitted (thats 2 now in 6 weeks). I have now been informed as well that a sensor is having to be replaced as it is still coming up with a fault code and that is what has been causing problems with my idling.
So far in the 6 weeks of owning its been back and fourth about 7 times now so hopefully everything will now be sorted and i can enjoy driving my new motor, so far the garage i brought it from have probably spent about £2k on putting it right and thats not bad considering i paid £3k for it.
Hopefully it will be back with me on Tuesday so the modifying can start, back has already been debadged and new turbo badge put on, calipers are being painted yellow next weekend as i think they will go well on a red car and the SRI badges are coming off as well to be treated to some yellow as well.
Later on as more funds become available i'm thinking Powerflow exhaust, tinted windows, coilovers, 19's, dump valve, remap and my stereo system all fitted.
To be honest all i am looking forward to at the moment is being able to have a reliable car (in the 6 weeks of owning i have only been able to use for about 4 days).

Well the car was picked up yesterday afternoon after a phone call to say it was ready. But still not working right after being to Vauxhall, this time it's had the new throttle body fitted, a new ecu as the other new one was faulty, new starter motor, a sensor at the bottom of the intercooler pipe and the sensor thats at the throttle body. What the hell is there left to change.
As i have it for the weekend i have taken some photos and posted in the gallery section.

isn't it great how garages just change parts in the hope that it will fix the problem, makes you wonder what you pay for when they do a diagnostic, plug in a PC and have a guess.

Hope you get it sorted m8.

Don't bother me about them replacing the parts, it's all under warranty. Just annoying that every time i get i back it's exactly the same as when i dropped it off.
