mobile machanic needed urgent

i cleaned my egr valve like it said on site when ive put it back on engige judders doesnt go above 1000 rev nothing happens when you put foot on accel and it kicking loads of black smoke

Is it in tight like before? I would give it time to settle as it will probably be running weired til it clears through.

wot u mean tight thought it shud be slack now it propa judders engine shakes now and black smoke pumping out and now rev at all bouncing between 0 and 1000 revs

Is it fitted the same way it was when you removed it ie the two torque bolts nipped up right and the plug is plugged in right. Mine ran lumpy til it settles, it does shake and splutter til its settled. If you still have issues then it's broke

did you drill the hole in the top of the plastic ? and tap the solinoid out ?

yeh and lubed it up with grease

it could be the grease you used was too thick causing the solinoid to stick, im shure someone on this site will have a fix for you, peeps will be coming in from work shortly so be patient, i'll keep my fingers crossed for you getting this sorted.

hope so like cos ropa knackered if not maybe i shud take it off and wipe grease off surely whatever grease i used wud be better than wen it was stuck still
