    Default CD70 - Sat Nav

    Hello all...
I have just brought a 2005 Signum thats fitted with the NCDC 2013 CD70 system.. It doesnt have any of the cds with it for the sat nav though. Which CD do I need to get for this? Sorry if this is repeating a previous post.

I am pretty certain that you can get the latest DVD from Vauxhall for under a tenner, at least that's what I have been told

Which do you have? The NCDC 2013 ---- OR ---- CD70??

The Satnav CD/DVD are on Ebay, thats were I got mine from, normally on Buy It Now for around £70, but you can offer them £35 or so and they'll probably take it.

Problem solved.. managed to find a 2008/09 cd which will do for the time being? Is there any problems I should know about the NCDC unit before I get started with it ?

First ensure that it is the correct map CD...
You want the NCDC2013 disk as used on early Vectra C, Signums and Omega B.

You DO NOT want a CD70 disk, as it is totally incompatible.

There is nothing in particular that springs to mind about the NCDC2013...
    Don't expect maps like tomtom.
The Navteq / Vauxhall ones look quite basic.
Also you will not get free TMC and definately no user programmable (updatable) poi's.

Just read the manual...although it is quite straight forward after a while of usage.
If you haven't got the manual, then look here...

    http://www.opel-niedersachsen.de/radio.html

the manuals are in pdf (adobe) format.

forgot to say..it is a german site, but all the manuals have an English section in them.
