Did you replace both front springs or just the drivers side?

    There is your problem mate.

If you've just replaced the drivers side spring it will be 'stiffer' than the passenger side which means that it will probably sit a little higher than the passenger side too. Thereby tilting the car to the left and making the car pull to the left slightly.

Did you take it to a garage to get the spring replaced? They should know full well that they should be replaced in pairs

No you don't need to replace in pairs, if it is in good, working condition. (*Expert opinion* the 'need' to replace springs in pairs is simply not true if the non failed one is in 'good condition')

I will assume they fitted the correct spring, ie correct rate(s) and length for your car. I will also assume that the other one is in good condition, not been overloaded or cracked / broken or excessively corroded.

Changing one spring should not cause the car to pull to the left, unless it was not done correctly

How severe is the pull, as just about all UK cars pull slightly left - in case you fall asleep at the wheel the car goes into the verge and not the opposite carriageway.

I thought that springs tend to settle over time. And with the age of the car (5 years old or so) putting a brand new spring on one side would have an effect on the way it handles
