Default pro camera people i need advice pls

    hi
i have been offered a DSLR camera (SONY DSLR A200)
    for £120
    http://www.dpreview.com/news/0801/08...nydslra200.asp
i have looked up a bit on it and the reviews look good,
what i rearly need to know is this a camera for a newby like me, that has no idea about iso, shutter speed and stuff like that, but i want to learn the basics.

    cheers for your help
    mark

Very good price, I would snap that up.
Do not worry about being a newby , stick it in full auto mode while you learn.

Damn good price that. Go get it! Just don't be scared of it, like Wolfinn said, stick it in full auto mode until you fancy having more of a play.

You won't be disappointed. Good little cameras the A200's.

there are several books specifically relating to this model so if you do find it a little daunting then either rent one from the library - or buy a copy

but as said - full auto will start you off nicely
