    Engine : 2.0 cdti/1.6 Turbo

    Year : 13/07

Default Has anyone filled out the modifications sheet for Adrian Flux?

I have just recieved the sheet from them and although I said most of my mods to them on the phone (spoilers, springs, brakes, interior mods) only a few are showing on the proposal form. What happens when I fill out the mods sheet, are they gonna increase my premium or what?

    Cheers guys

The got me a deal with Highway in surance, then about 2 months later I had to make a claim when someone reversed into me. Can't fault their claims process and how easy and quick it was, or the Jaguar I got as a hire car...

Full story is there, only downside is I had to chase up the excess I paid today only to find the reason I'd heard nothing was because the solicitor dealing with it left the company... Hopefully that should get sorted soon, although given that they're claiming from the MOD I'm not holding out any hopes...

Cheers for that mate, didn't tell her about things like mudflaps etc but i'll put all of it on that form. I believe its only really bhp increases that increase the premium (well I ****** hope so lol)

I don't believe anything I put on my old Vec had any effect on my premium, they certainly didn't ask that much about it all when i was giving them the details...

I did take out my HID kit before it went in to the garage though, jsut in case...

I had a bump in premium for the BSR remap but the leather, ICE, & suspension etc have just been accepted with no further increase

what kind of mods should you declare then? how much of a premium jump does a BSR remap give you? Should stainless zorts be declared even thought they are cheaper to replace than a vx factory set? what about different alloys like snowies?

In theory anything you've done to the car that changes it from standard should be declared. A lot of them won't affect the premium if you're with a company that specialises in them, where Direct line jumped it for fitting an Irmscher grill and a different style of 17" VX alloys to my old SRi...
