Question bug & tar spot remover

Since I bought my silver lightning vectra I can't keep my eyes from vearing towards the many tar spots plauging the all the sills. I'd like to spend a day getting rid!!

What is a good product to use?

You can use some chemical guys stuff to to let it soak in when blast off with the pressure washer.

However, nothing gets rid of tar like claying VERY easy to do and will take off all your tar spots without damaging the paintwork.

Are you meant to use the tar remover and then use the clay to finish? It says its a detailer

Nope you can just clay it.

When you clay your car (the whole car) you spray on clay lub and rub the bar on the car where the lube is, keep doing this all the way round the car and keep needing the clay along the way.

The clay picks up all the particles and tar that is stuck to the paintwork and holds it in the clay. It does this safely without damaging the paintwork.

Autosmart makes one and it will shift anything and you can buy 500ml bottles of it on Ebay.

AG is useless, you will def be there all day using this, do the decent thing and order yourself some TARDIS from Autosmart, this is amazing stuff. Aslo get yourself a claybar and use this after the Tardis over the whole car.

I would not just use a claybar before removing any larger bit of tar, if you do this you will only drag a big lump of tar around with the clay, you must remove larger bits of tar with Tardis first then only use clay to remove the minute particles from the paint.

Try WD40 sprayed liberally on a rag, worked wonders for me!
