    Default price to change cam belt /1.9 cdti 150

    time as come to change the cam belt/rollers/water pump/auxillary belt on my 06 vectra 1.9 cdti 150. going to get some quotes tomorrow what sort of price ,should i be looking to pay or do i follow the how 2 .and just buy the parts.the last cam belt i did was on a cortina mk 5 2.0 ( showing my age ) always had cars with chains ,till now

    I got my parts from euro car parts for £45.00, got a garage to fit it 2 hours labour. i got them to quote the time it takes to fit from there fitting manual and they charged me £40 per hour.

    they make all there money on them buying parts and charging you full price

    If you want me to get a price from Marshall's in Leicester, let me know, I got Penfold101's sorted for him and he was gob smacked by the price I got him

    He drove down from Preston, Sheffield will only be about an hour for you.

    I got my old 1.9 150 done by Perrys in Preston and for the cambelt and waterpump fitted they charged 370 squid. I paid a LOT less than this for my 3.0 the other day at Marshalls, so I'd definitely get yourself a quote form them mate through Maverick. Customer service is top noth too. They even have a Playstation with recaro seat and steering wheel to play with...

    come to a stand still on quotes, where do i find my engine code ? its a 06 vectra 1.9 cdti 150. its not on v5. where is it on car,can you point me in right direction please. thanks. is it a z19dth or z19dt ( it is the 1.9 cdti 150 model )

    thanks antssss. now there saying theres 2 types of water pump ? any idea. they say buy both and then take one back ( money back ) if not used.
