Original paint for alloys

Does anyone know where to get a good match of the above. There is a lot of big metallic in the paint, looking to re spray an alloy.

Years ago it was Star Silver 2.

Hi the Vauxhall wheel colour is called star silver, I use to refurbish alloys, I bought my materials from a company in West Yorkshire called Auto Paint. They mixed it for me. You could take the wheel in to double check as if they have been refurbed before they may be slightly different colour

Cheers, i should have said that the car is a 52 plate and they look factory finished as I've a another as a spare which is the same colour. Cheers fellas.

does it depend on the wheel though? I know the penta alloys are a totaly different finish to all the others.

Star silver 2 is what most places use to refurb alloys...

But its not the actual colour for most standard alloys, there's a few sellers on ebay that do the actual colours for standard vauxhall alloys and others. if you e-mail them the model and size etc. was looking at some a few weeks back.

Need to do my Sport stars so when i pick them up i might ask wheel place what colour they use

not sure on the star silver colour for the alloys? my car is star silver and ive had 4 different sets of oem vx alloys on my motor and none of them matched the car(colour wise) also ive got some touch up paint for the car(which matches the car perfectly star silver) but tried it on the alloys and its totally different colour. surely not all of the sets of alloys i have owned have been refurded at some point in their lives.
