Why wont estate seats fit Hatchbacks ?

As title,

Why wont the rear seats from an estate Vectra fit a a hatch vec ?

If they do fit then ognore this question lol Is it just the side bolsters that wont fit the hatch, menaning the actual seats and backrest will ?

The actual side bolsters and the bottom bench wont fit, everthing else does

just get the seat's and de-leather/cloth them and fit to your original seat's.....

Would end up meaning that cheaper leather interiors would be available

I've put a GTS(SRi?) interior in mine ( estate ).
It took a few headbreakers, but with some infinity it wil fit !
