    I am looking for a dog gaurd for my hatch...wheres the best place to get one?

    I can recommend the travall ones. They fit really well as they are car specific rather than bring universal. They are £109 new which I think is a bit steep but I picked up one off eBay for £50 used.

    The only drawback I've found is that you can't have the dog guard and the parcel shelf in at the same time however obviously if my pooch is in the car I won't have the parcel shelf on. To install/remove, it's just a matter of folding the seats down and inserting/removing the guard through the rear doors. it literally takes 10 seconds since it's a one piece item, nothing to adjust to fit.

    yours is universal greg so parcel shelf can saty in although when the dogs in surely its out lol.. The one BOG KNOX is on about is car specific..

    I had this universal one in the vec estate, from argos of all places, when i switched to the SRi hatch I just un bolted the up right bars, and the two end panels which extend then fastened the middle mesh section to the headrests with garden ties, worked a treat. I could have kept the side panels on if i could have been bothered to mess about adjusting them, but to be honest neither of my dogs are any where near small enough to get down the sides without them anyway.
