knocks result

rite guys took my car to the garage and let them have a look at it for the weird noises comming from the car,
heres what im told.

each side Front antiroll D Bushes
top rear suspension arms
and both rear shocks are weak.

Total including vat and fitting £388, whats your thoughts?

get the parts your self and do it your self or get a member to help

how difficult is it to do mate? does any tracking need done after changing these parts?

Its not to bad mate just take your time with a friend it will save you cash.

Im not sure on the tracking mate someone else may know

Not too bad a jobs to do. 4 wheel alignment is always a good idea as rear upper control arms will effect the camber. I never bothered when I changed mine and tyres appear to be wearing fine.

well im gna tackle it on sat, gna get e parts from ebay.
does any one know the size of the front arb? 24mm or 25mm? its the sri.

Sri should be the 25mm ones, cheap enough from main dealer at less then £2 each!

Rear shocks Bilstein B4's from Europ Car parts

Upper rear arms from where ever.....looking at £125'ish
