    Default map lights

Mine have stopped working. Just wondering, are they fed from the rear fuse box in the boot?

sorry, I probably should have been clearer, all the bulbs have stopped working including the ones inside the buttons that should light up when the headlights are on. So unless they all popped at the same time (unlikely) I'm guessing its not the bulbs

could just be the connecter is loose, take the glass like panel off the console and the other covers. next to the bulbs there will be 3 torx screws, unscrew these then the whole console will unclip from the roof. there is a block connector, just unplug it and plug it back in as could of worked its way loose. only takes 5mins then if it isnt that just check all the fuses

whats worrying me is, I had the roof lining down to see about wiring in a rear interior light and there appear to be 2 ribbon cables that go over the roof and one of them has seperated, looks like they are only taped together at the pillar which seems a strange was of connecting electric connections however I have retaped them with no luck

hmmmmm, the sensors for the alarm seem to work but not the lights. confused now.

It looks like a wide ribbon comes out the light unit, goes towards the passenger door and then goes towards the rear passenger side. i think it then splits into two thinner ribbons. I've reconnected both now but still no lights :s

From OilBurner's HowTo, looks like the harness is about £50.

The part number quoted is 13116730 from a MY2004 car. I have a Facelift 2006, anyone know if a pre-facelift roof loom will fit a facelift Veccy ok?
