Never heard of it as an option, but would it even be possible...? Haven't thought to check for the plugs or wiring yet, just having a thought...

I would say yes as the Siggy has always been slightly ahead of the equivalent Veccy in the specs department. I would say its an option on the Design or above but not 100%.

The brochure doesnt even say you can have leather and heated seats as an option on the Veccy SRI from what I can see so you probably can have rear heated seats on the Siggy.

I thought they stopped doing the leather option on the SRi years ago, which was why it wasn't in the brochure...?

It's quite possible the wiring is there, i'm sure there was something said about TPMS not being available on uk models although they have the wiring, it was an option in europe.

Possibly the same with the heated seats

Because they took everything else away from it.. My 2005 SRi didn't have the auto-dim rear view mirror, and some of the facelift ones have even less, ie no rear air vents...

I hear that mate, mine has nearly everything and all of the wiring in place for the few options it doesn't have fitted

I think vx removed alot of stuff from the Vec/Sig when they went full canbus (Octobr 2004).

They removed:

- Ability to fit a working TC button
- Sun glasses holder
- Door locking and boot locking switch from passenger door
- Auto dimming mirror
- rear vents (although I think some 2005 models have this it may only be the facelift that has these removed)
