Default Retro Vec Alloys on New Vec!

Well as some know I don't really like the dustbin lid alloys on my Elite, which I think are leftover pre-facelift GSi wheels.

Just wondering if you can fit GSi Vectra B alloys on?? I love the GSi wheels my old Vec B GSi had and did a quick (as you can tell) Photoshop on B GSi alloys on a Facelift C, and I like it.

Opinions?? Do they look too old for a 2 year old car??

I had to look at that for 30 seconds before I convinced myself it was a photoshop...

It's only the brake calipers that really give it away...

I see what you mean about the height, being an Elite it's sprung for comfort and not cornering.
Perhaps the GSi's will look a bit weird with such a high ride height........or maybe not...lol

I'm not a fan of anthracite/dark/black alloys.... horses for courses and all that but I like light alloy colours.

I'm starting to think it doesn't look right too, they do look too old for the car shape.

I like the 'C' GSi wheels better. 'B' GSi wheels belong on a 'B' Gsi. They don't really suit the 'C'.

So just lowered springs, nothing else?? Might add that to my "list". Don't want to lose any comfort, as the car is a motorway cruiser doing pretty much 50 miles a day purely on motorways commuting to and from work.

Eibachs are great for that, enhanced control and looks but still a comfortable ride
