    Default Show me a easy to use Machine Polisher

    just looking for a basic machine polisher , I don't want to spend a shed load of money but want one for a complete novice.

    Does anyone have any recommendations or experience from pervious purchases ??

    It's what I use at the moment, nothing wrong with it at all does what it says on the tin make sure you get some decent pads though...

    markm i got the kestral da6 from mark at auto-brite and got it as a kit was about 140 pounds but that is every thing thing you need to get you started . this is the one if your a novice ,then you would go on and get a rotary one like the one parsco has .hope this helps ,, khalid

    Thats what I have too and its top notch. If you are careful and not too gung-ho then a novice will have great results with one - as I started with these. But as Parsco says, decent pads make all the difference (don't use the ones that come with it).

    your right there dan ive also got this and the pads fell apart the first time i used them mind you it was on my brother-in laws white transit which had never seen a wash never mind wax khalid


    ps was saying the da6 as he was saying for a novice so was thinking off his paint.

    I couldn't see in the advert there, but you really need to get a 'dual action' one and not just a rotary one. A dual action rotates but also oscillates too as opposed to just the rotation. A rotational only can end up causing swirls
