Default Quickest way to remove front/rear splitter

As the title I need to get both off to try a body kit on but really do not want to take the bumpers off as I still need to use the car and I do not need to put the splitter/apron back on in a hurry either

    Cheers

The screw heads have chewed up on the front and I,ve got the rear off and split it as I did and the bodykit don,t fit anyway as it looks like I,ve been sold the wrong one
