vectra AFL

Hi looking at getting a Vectra C but I want one with Xenons/AFL what I would like to know is if headlamp washers are fitted does that mean that it has xenons too, as according to Parkers you couldn't spec headlight wash without xenons. only asking as I am going to have to travel to view the vehicles and don't want to get there and it doesn't have them.

There's a good guide to being able to find out if the headlights are AFL. I think the main bits are the different light cluster, the blue ring around the lense and yes the washers.

Ah yes the good give away is that the headlight angle adjust button is not there , its not on the car and has washers so must have AFL cool. cheers

Headlamp washers on their own were only an option on the winter pack in 2002-2004. It was never offered after this time.

All facelift Vectra's and Signums with headlamp washers will have AFL zenons, not normal zenons. Unless of course the headlamp washers were retrofitted by the owner).

if you looking for AFL, look for the square indicator too

ok cheers guys thats excellant advice should be able to spot them now. amazing how many sellers do not advertise the fact that they are on the car, guessing that they don't know that they are on there!

lol i got my vectra & the seller Vauxhall Network Q listed it as a standard Elite with leather & satnav

But the extra option it has are
AFL headlights with washers
Bluetooth
Sports Suspension + 18" 11 spoke wheels
Front & rear parking sensors
ESP+

just keep a look out for the all the options there are more

There are quite a lot of fully loaded vecs out there, more so than base spec ones. The only time it's hard to find a good deal with a lot of options is when you want a Signum rather than a Vectra.
