warning light

hi

my warning lightcome on when am driving along, the one on the dash, yellow triangle,

dont know why it happens :/ any reason?

it is also showing my pads needs replacing on the display, would that be the reason of the warning light or not?

am gettin the brakes done soon but wanted to know if tha would solve the warning light or not, so dont need 2 trips to the garage

Has this yellow triangle got zig zag lines inside it?

If so, that is your traction Control system, electronic Stability Programme fault light.

Low pad warning is a circle with three curves lines either side of it on the outer edge of the circle.

The two warning lights are not related.

The clue is the light is telling you there is a fault with the traction Control system or electronic Stability Programme.

Guessing it's not a wheel sensor problem otherwise the ABS would be affected too.

But no good guessing. Best thing is to get the fault code(s) read out.
