Annoying window electric feature (and funny)

Had Insignia a week today and last night we were out at "teatime" and SWMBO suggested fish'n'chips. I joked that I would drop her off at the chippy and she could walk home so the car would not get smelly.

Anyhoo - I get up this morning and see that my drivers window is open by about an inch.....Nice and fresh and clean smelling inside.

Annoying feature - in the Signum, the windows would carry on closing after the ignition is turned off. In the Insignia they stop!

So, I'll have to be more careful in future when I wind the window down to see the drive edge when I'm reversing onto the drive!

No i like full closure, but mine is in a garrage at night so the seat wont get wet
when it rains as it does a lot in glasgow,,,,,,,,LOL.............

don't they have something similar to the sight and light pack in the vectra that shuts the windows when it detects rain on the windscreen? it's the same sensor as the rain-sensitive wipers

very useful.

I'd parked my car next to a bmw, it was very sunny and so we'd both cracked our windows to keep it cool inside. This was sainsbury's carpark- went for a very long weeks shopping, come outside and it's a summer shower. My window has shut itself, but the BMW next to me now has a very wet seat, door and floor. I chuckled.
