Default woop woop power loss gone

    hi all
last week i got the dreaded power loss fault (no power under 2k) then engine light came on , o it was so fun driving to work 40 - 50 mph on motorway !
    ****** DANGEROUS
so i had a look and my bar had fell off swirl flaps, so when i put it back on i thought that would cure problem but no still the same.
next after looking through the how 2s i removed ceaned and re greased the egr solenoid, it was rusted solid inside.
now my flying machine is back as good as new.
i also cleaned the boost sensor while i was at it
had to take it to mates garage today to get fault codes cleared and engine light turned off.
i tried the fix that was on here sticking tap washers on swirl bar with super glue but could not get them to stay on the glue was was securley fixed to the bar but would not stick to rubbers ,
any idea what other glue i could use?
i was thinking of using the glue plumbers use to stick waste pipes together not sure what its called.
would like to say thanks to all that have posted how 2s
you have saved me loads .

    Thanks ian ..
