took brakes apart again today hit that little plate out of the way made sure every thing was cleaned up then put all back together, drove home braking hard to warm the brakes up. as i got near home going round slow corners, the brakes were sort of grinding squelching noise when i pressed the pedal and the pedal continued to go down slowly when i had foot on it,, and hints on what i have done as this never happened before i took brakes apart??????? also some kind of burning smell but that could be where i was braking hard!

Did they go back to normal when cold?

Just thinking that you have maybe boiled the brake fluid with the hard braking

Defo start with a fluid change.. Easy with an eezibleed..

Get some good Dot4 or Dot5.1 (NOT DOT 5). and bleed through each corner until new stuff comes out.
