    Default change parking sensor tone/speaker

Hi all, looking at options for front p sensors fitted my rear sensors a few weeks back using how 2 hardest part was removing bumper. Is it possible to have a different tone for front by some means, my back ones are cisbo sensors off fleaybay and the colour match is amazing so want to purchase same set of 4 for front but the 2 tones will be the same, one option i was thinking about is buying the sensors for the front with led display and dash mounting it and keeping it on silent so i can visualy see distance without 2 sensors beeping away. Suggestions are more than welcome as i will be installing them end of month.

Why not fit the new one in the front? You'll easily tell the difference, thats how the BMW's etc are done

I would guess that most of the time you would know if you are close at the front or the back so it wouldn't matter?

dont fancy parking between 2 cars and both front and back beeping but i do agree it would be easy to tell the difference from front and back. Anyone care to share their setup.

Thats exactly what I did with my rear sensors,Cisbo also,I have the wireless display , sometimes it does'nt display anything?? could be the control box in the boot or the display itself, but can't be arsed taking it all out to send away for repair or replacement!!

think when i install i will have a rocker switch to turn them on and off, was thinking of a smart switch and connecting to reversing lights, but a lot less hastle also had another thought might get a foot switch from maplin and place it a t top of foot rest to switch them on and off.

The standard Park Assist setup has the rear sounder in the boot area and the front one behind the dash somewhere. Granted the notes are fractionally different anyway, but the front/rear difference really is obvious enough to negate a need for obviously different tones.
I fitted a Dolphin 4r/2f system when I had my Omega and that only had one sounder for both front and rear. In a car park where it's only a front OR rear worry it was fine. Town parking between two cars was rarely a problem as I never went for a space so tight.
