Looking to buy first Vectra

Hi, im lookin into a buyin a new car (the misses wrote off the other one ) and have spotted a 2003 Vectra Elite DTi. Its in a n.ireland and im in scotland (cant find anythin in scotland for cheapish so looked in n.ireland as my family live there).
My dad is goin to look at it on sunday but hes no mechanic and i was just wondering is there anythin specific to look out for when test driving it or anythin else.
Also its 7 year old and done over 90k miles so is it past it and should i dodge it?

If its a 2.2DTI the only thing I can think of is watch for the crackshaft pulley as they faulty and could fail - Vauxhall had released an updated pulley which corrected this fault.

Mileage not really an issue on dti's, as long as it been regulary serviced and the engine doesn't have rattles, knocking or tapping sounds it should be fine for another 90k no problem,

with the mileage its done, you might want to pay attention, or get your dad to pay attention to the springs, bushes and other suspension parts as they will most likely be the things that have reached the end of there use, creaking sounds when driving should be bushes which are cheap £1-£2, clonking sounds can be more expensive to fix,
