    Default Warning Panel

I have started to get a symbol displayed on the panel on the dashboard I need some help indentifying. The picture is of what looks like a oil can abovce some wavy line which is solid below the line. I have checked the dipstick and the oil is fine and the collant levels are fine. I have no other warning lights or errors being displayed and the car is running fine. Looked in owners manual cannot identify, can anyone help...

    Thanks

That's the oil level warnign I believe - if the level is fine then it may be a dodgy sensor, or the dipstick isn't reading correctly...

Cheers mate, as this only happens after say 20 or 30 miles would it worth topping the oil up to max. Any ideas on the sensor cost ? Oil level is half way between the upper and lower levels

Yeah top it up and see if it's still coming on - if after a few weeks it's coming on again it would suggest a leak if there's no blue smoke coming out the back...
