Do you have any idea the legal side of this? If you are the chosen one to place it every week and you forget and the syndicate won we could take everything you own to cover the winnings....scary thought!

Then its actually getting people to pay I use to run one at work and more hassle then it was worth

I,m guessing it would be even harder over the net or a forum like this

There probably isn't a legal side, unless some documents are signed. I doubt that any sane person would leave themselves liable like that Probably more a case of "tough luck" if someone forgets, or is unable to buy the ticket.
It'd never work anyway, imo.

If you have a syndicate you have to write a form up so every player is aware of how any winnings would be shared and so forth it would include agreements for payment, what would happen if payments are missed and trust me if the syndicate won and you lost you share of say 1 million quid you would not be ****ed off because they forgot to put it on?

Money is the root of all evil - people do strange things for it and they would be entitles to take you to court and take eveything you own to compensate for the loss.
