Removed and stripped the EGR before Grimo arrived @ my house. He talked me through drilling and removing the solenoid that was sticking and we didn't have time to do last time. Drilled, removed (with a big hammer), cleaned and greased then rebuild it. Car was much better and had no hesitation.
Decided to finally fit the tuning box (caterman)-cars much better now, all it needs is a k&n panel filter in after it's next service and it will be "perfick"...

Good to know us veccy owners can help each other to save £££'s

Now as long as I don't abuse the caterman and make sure I clean the EGR frequentl I should be (fingers crossed) ok ;
