    Default removing standard air feed

    Got my pipercross viper to fit over the next few days but need to figure out how to remove the pipework between the airbox and the front grill

    from the airbox to the grill...

    remove the screws thats in the top, then you should be able to press, slide back the airtube... but will be very firm to get out and will probaly break.. (mine did)

    seach for how 2 change for VXR air feed..

    Does the existing air intake run across the top of the radiator or is it the shorter type?

    If, like me, you've got the longer type, I found the easiest way was to hacksaw it into bits as it seemed impossible to remove without dropping the radiator.

    I removed mine and fitted the shorter intake on my Z22SE; a few months ago put the longer one back on (due to some running issues) and didn't remove rad' but have to say it's worse a job to put the longer one back on!!

    Long one can be got out with a bit of pulling and tugging, but mine wasn't in a reusable state after.
