    Default modifying is killing me.......lol

    my fuel consumption is getting lower with every mod I make (sung to the music of the police).

    firstly it was the 18" wheels - that affected the mpg

    then it was the 314mm brakes - that affected the mpg by allowing me to brake later....

    then it was the k and n - that affected the mpg because I like the noise.

    and now the final thing (so far) is my newly fitted rear B6 shocks - thats affected the mpg. the old shocks used to make the car squat on the rear end everytime you boot the throttle. now they dont and it shoots off much quicker than before....

    front B6's at the end of the month - that may make it worse...

    oh well - I wouldn't have it any other way.

    mine just costs me money everytime i drive it........ still worth it for v6

    Im currently running at 18.2MPG lol with 18" rims and a k&n

    But as already stated, its worth it for the v6 wouldnt change it for the world

    Id say thats actually really good for a 2.2!

    Mine would be slightly higher but i tend to do town/short runs more than motorway at the moment

    If it was more averaged out id expect atleast 23
