take a look at the springs and see if one hasnt broken
i ll have a look 2moro wen at work thanks for ur suggestion
its more likely the disc protectors have a look around the back at the bottom - you will see a metal protective plate - its probnably rubbing at the bottom on the disc - just use a screwdriver to ply it away a little
0-Large smile ......every time it's driven
Wow, talk about spooky! I was getting a whining noise from my front drivers corner. Noticably bad when turning left. Put it on a ramp yesterday and it was indeed the lower disc protector plate rubbing against the disc.
Crowbarred it straight and now perfectly quiet!
Knew I should have posted the problem on here first, it's been annoying me for the past week!
I wonder if that could my problem too ..... could that be caused by bottoming out slightly ? I have a bumpy track which i drive daily as it leads to my property and i can sometimes catch the underside of the car on certain pieces of it where there could be a pothole or a raised bit of earth etc?
I get this from time to time ....so I tell her to go shopping on her own
checked me springs 2day no problems there will check the protector as i do have to go down a farm track to get to work everyday so i might have bent it. cheers for ya help peeps
