hmmm Anti-roll bar bushes, anti roll bar drop links, broken spring?

I had a similar problem and fixed it today with new steering bearings......but all above are common problems

There was a mod where they fitted plastic sleeves on the bottom of the springs as they catch and bind up. When they release you get a twang that you can hear and sometimes feel. It may need these doing. You could try cleaning where the bottom of the spring is and greasing it up to see if this helps.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

You planning on lowering the car at all, or sticking with the standard springs?
