    Default cdc 40

    Hi Guys

    Can anyone tell me if the cdc 40 has preouts and a remote connection point so i can hook up my sub and amp???

    i want to fit it sunday morning so any help wold be appreciated

    YOu will need an amp with speaker inputs or use a line converter , there is a dedicated sub out put on the unit but its not activated , but im going to bend my mates ear at the dealers when ive got time .

    I have today had my head unit out only to find that the dedicated sub output is on the wiring picture on the unit, but the pins that it refers to in the connector block are non existant....just my luck

    Any how, i have a decent amp which allows for high level inputs so thats the way i have done it!!
