Just put down a deposit for my Vectra today

Can't wait to pick her up in a few days. I will miss my old Astra but this one has about three times the power

It's a 2.8 v6 twin turbo elite with an auto-box. Going to do the SMD conversion on it straight away, transfer the VXR steering wheel from my Astra and get some SRi dark style headlights.

Any more mod suggestions would be welcome

I have a genuine Ilexa Vaux-com unit should anyone want diagnostic help in the West Yorkshire area.

I picked the new car up on Monday.

It might be an auto, but it really does shift didn't expect it to be slow with a 2.8 engine of course but I didn't expect quite so much grunt!!

So far, I have put the VXR steering wheel from my old Astra on it (after swapping over the loom and backing plate), debadged the chrome rear strip, fitted the traction control button - (which worked straight away) and have started my SMD conversion.

Am really looking forward to getting to know you all
