Default Solution to lack of Speed Cameras on NAV

Great Nav (though I'd like it to have a Postcode input unless I missed it)
However it's a bit of a bummer that it can't have POI Speed Cameras, though I read sombody was trying to rework the maps which looked a mare!
Obviously didn't want to have my old TomTom for them as 2 x SatNavs would look rediculous!

So I bought one of these little babies, they retail for about £80-100 but just picked up a new one off the Bay for £55 all in!
The CDTi is so quiet it's so easy to do 50 in a 40 without really realising it! So this will be good for that and being in unfamiliar areas. (Whether we stick to speed limits or not, it's all to easy to think you're still in that 50 when you really are in a 30 or 40 if in unfamiliar territory)
And just like Tesco "every little helps!" rather than Brucies "Points make prizes!"

You can enter the first 5 characters of the postcode where you would normally enter the town.

Top man, that's why I love forums like this! I'd never even thought of doing that! (Even if it is in the manual, .....lol I start to read it and 15 minutes later my eyes haven't even moved down a line! )

Does it work well and is easy to use Dave?

Does it display the speed limit, or just that you're over the limit and approaching a camera?

Works well enough for me. Used to have a V1 model which was very basic. That went wrong shortly after renewing the annual subscription, so contacted the company and they offered me a V3 with lifetime subscription for a huge discount for being a valued customer. The V3 has more functions than the V1 did.

    Doesn't display the speed unfortunately.

Alarms if over the speed limit and also alerts for potential mobile camera areas, and indicates the presence of 99% of cameras, including Specs. It's also handy for travelling through average speed cameras.
