    confused Changing interior light bulbs?

    Hi Guys,

    Does anyone know how to change the rear interior light bulbs?

    Hijack time: Can they handle LED's too???? I don't "do" yellow!

    I put Bright blue LEDs in the front which looks great and bought some for the rear as well ... i tried to push one side and pull the other but it wasnt working! Any other suggestions?

    EDIT : I misread the advice ... pushed to the side and popped out no bother

    Only problem was that the LEDs didnt work in the light for some reason!! Anyone know why? ... They worked in the front fine

    Got them the right way round? LED's only work when the polarity is correct, try turning the bulbs round

    I tried that as well but still not working!!

    The first one I put in there were some sparks as I forgot to switch the button off ... so I thought maybe I blew the LED but the other bulb didn't work either

    Maybe you've blown the fuse? I haven't got my manual with me at the moment so can't see which one it is. I take it the front one still works? If so, then it doesn't sound like the fuse...

    I thought the fuse as well and then just before digging the manual out I put the original bulbs back in and they worked fine! ... very strange I think

    I made the mistake of "anyway round thinking" replacing interior led festoon lights on my Galaxy a few years back. I believe indeed, once you try it blows the led somehow

    I have no idea how you tell + or - on both the bulb or recieving pins?
