Default 4 hours to for a garage to swap my springs?

My local garage quoted me 4 hours to swap the std springs with my Irmy ones on a 1.9cdti 08 plate elite.

Does this seem reasonable? Seems a bit on the high side to me?

Far too high just to swap some springs.

The rears should take no longer than 30mins - 1 hour for the pair.
The fronts will take longer but not 3 hours. I would say about 1-2 hours for the fronts.

Find somewhere else mate or find a member who's willing to lend a hand to help you fit them

When I asked for quotes before doing mine they were asking for about the same, basically to cover themselves if there was any seized bolts etc... in the end I ended up doing it myself - very simple job to be fair.
