Default INSP: Okay for me to reset??

New car, new service a few weeks ago Net Q 115 check.
    So car has been serviced at 8000 - 18,000 - 25,000 (Currently 25,000)

Turn on ign, INSP....turn off ign INSP!

Does one deduce, that ones dealer have been rather forgetful "sillybillys" in resetting it??

So shall I just reset myself following the procedures set out many times on this site?

Sounds like they forgot to reset it when it had its service.. if you know for sure that i have had a service, then reset it your self.
