Well after what seemed like ages, my little black box has come home again.... and judging by the little note it's done a fair few miles.

The disk is back with me now .... Have a read through the earlier posts and find out what your firmware version is first - there's always a chance you might not need this.
think mines from a 07 car so it might update something
