Default twin set up for 1.9 cdti SRI 08

    Hi All

Where is the best place to get this done - I need a the Y section and the extra right hand side pipe. I live in Lincoln.

Am I right in thinking that the VXR rear diffuser is cheaper than getting a double exit SRI one. Also, is it a straight swap and fit job.
    Thanks

If you have the SRi rear bumper and use genuine parts then it should all be straight fit.

2.2 direct setup would go straight on.

2.2 direct is petrol but apparently the Y piece and O/S box fit the oil burner.

You can get a custom exhaust place to make you up a Y-Piece for cheaper than proper VX\Irmscher.

Sri rear bumper panel is much cheaper than SRi item.

Diesel and petrol back boxes are not the same.....petrol boxes contain baffles, diesels do not, this will effect any escape of gases from the pertol rear box (you won't get anything as gases will take the path of least resistance) would be ok if you used two pertol back boxes but have no idea how that would effect performance. This was confirmed to me by the guy that did my custom exhaust and has also been disscussed here on the forum.
