Hi guys.set off from work today, just as leaving car park(after driving about twenty feet) massive bang **** myself lol - metal snapping.....do you guys reckon it was a spring going.....altho ride height is unaffected...any thoughts

Happened to me not so long ago, had wheel off, couldn't see any signs of snapped spring, ride hasn't changed (though was bad before hand).

Does sound like it mate, hard to check without getting her jacked up, nip to your local garage mate to get them to check.

Not had a bang, but had the suspension off today and i was missing the bottom couple of inch from a front spring... handling and ride height same, only realised because they where off... yours could be similar

well as usual you guys were spot on jacked car up today and drivers side spring loose on shock...........hope I have bought the right ones from potn....pi's 60-274......
