Default BSR Stage 1 1.9 CDTi

Well after been a big girl and not having a map whilst my Signum was under warranty, I finaly took the plunge.

All I can say is superb, I can't beleive how she now pulls, problem is you get to 70 way to easily.

Now get a stainless exhaust with a decat and you will see an even bigger difference with the BSR remap, car still just as economical as standard but with so much more performance.

You won't see much difference by changing the exhaust on a diesel. I have to agree about the BSr re-map though. I love mine.

Not sure about that one, mine definately feels smoother and has noticeably better pull from low down since having my exhaust changed.

You may find it's the placebo effect, I added the 3.0 diesel system to mine with the dual branch rear silencers which in theory should have improved things but it doesn't. Yes it appears smoother, but it is for sure not any quicker.

Diesels don't respond in the say way that petrol turbo cars do.

I have definately felt the same difference to when I have put uprated exhausts onto previous turbo petrol cars though... I sense a RR sesh, I had it done when I first got it so know what it was.....

The 3.0 system won't have free-flow silencers or less boxes... infact will have more, so can't see that making a good difference to a 1.9 anyway.
